MEET OUR FOUNDER

Actech Recruitment was founded by Anna Flynn - a specialist recruiter with almost a decade of experience in technology. During that time Anna placed tech talent in roles throughout the UK and worked remotely to establish one of New York’s leading tech recruitment teams. More recently, she worked closely with top tier clients to secure better candidates more efficiently as Director of Customer Success for a leading UK agency. With this varied wealth of experience, she understands the nuances of tech recruitment inside out. 

 

Anna also has a BSc in Psychology & Sociology and recently built on that knowledge by becoming a qualified Career Coach. Her recruitment experience combined with a deep understanding of the factors that motivate career moves means she is perfectly placed to match candidates with roles they find genuinely fulfilling. Anna firmly believes excellent recruitment isn’t about plugging gaps - it’s about sharing the dream, giving intelligent advice, and supporting people throughout every step of their journey. 

 

When she isn’t recruiting, you can usually find Anna and Charlie out on long walks with their dog Harry or preparing for eventing and showjumping competitions on her horse Pixie! And occasionally drinking a glass (or 2!) of New Zeland Sauvignon Blanc, when Charlie's gone to bed!
