Hi I'm Anna, Founder of Actech Recruitment 

I’m a Fractional Recruiter. I help companies make strategic hiring decisions whilst also doing their hands-on recruitment, on a fractional basis, to maximise flexibility and minimise costs.
 

Companies work with me when they need a seasoned, high-level Talent Acquisition partner to drive organisational success, who can also put strategy into action and fill their job vacancies. Working with me on a fractional basis means businesses do not need to make long-term or expensive commitments to access the best talent.  

Most of the time, someone with my experience at an agency isn't still actually doing the recruitment and candidate sourcing themselves. My knowledge allows me to be able to deliver end-to-end hiring solutions at a fraction of the price.

With over a decade of experience in technology recruitment, Actech was founded with the mission of finding the perfect fit between client and candidate, with the belief that Recruiters should do much more than just send CV's. During her career, Anna has successfully placed tech talent across the UK and played a pivotal role in establishing one of New York’s top tech recruitment teams.

Since forming Actech, the job roles Anna works on have broadened from solely technology hiring and Anna works with clients and partners to provide fractional recruitment services. Drawing on her deep knowledge of different industries, vast network of connections and applying a flexible, value-led approach. Fitting seamlessly into client organisations and delivering flexible, tailored talent solutions

Pricing and Subscriptions

How does the subscription model work?

You’ll benefit from an affordable monthly recurring subscription over a 12-month rolling contract, instead of a role-by-role or project-based retainer. It’s cost-effective and there are no surprises.

You pay a regular monthly amount that doesn’t change alongside benefitting from significantly reduced finders fees and support with strategy as standard.

It's simple!

Plans start from just £1,000 per month for 1-5 hires and can be adjusted in line with your business needs at anytime.

I have had the pleasure of working with Anna both as a client, and a hiring partner.
